His new deal runs through 2013. He's the only general talk host on a station otherwise dedicated to sports. Bell declined to discuss financial terms. But Rogers is expected to take a pay cut from his annual salary, which reportedly is in the range of $1.5 million. Rogers, 65, is expected to address the matter Monday. Rogers became one of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market's highest-rated hosts after joining WKAT-AM (1360) in 1976. He has worked at several local stations since then, including WQAM since 1997.
